Water retention sometimes makes breasts bigger. Reduce the amount of sodium and sugar you consume. Not much you can do besides that and losing weight.

I suggest muscle building 1st . On the internet there is always some company taking advantage of women . Do you really think these pills work? Ask a DR 1st. Breast tissue is mostly Fat. The Same way I would lose fat on my buttocks , I can lose breast fat . By losing body fat and increasing muscle in that area. Get on a cardio workout plan , Increase fruits and vegs. More Water. Lift heavy weights . Breast will for sure reduce naturally. I know.

You cannot reduce your breats via any means "al naturale"- it won't work. Your doctor can tell you what to do. If you don't feel comfortable talking to your current doctor about something so personal, then go to the society for adolesence medicine, or SAM. They can tell you of a doctor in your area. I don't know the website, but you can look it up.

If you are overweight then get on a diet and exercise program. That is the only way. Whatever you do don't gain weight because they are the first to gain.
Good luck!

The only definitive way to change bust size is via surgery. There will be people that tout exercise or other methods, but these do not work. If you are concerned, you should speak with your doctor.

I don't believe there is any such thing unless you lost a lot of weight, which you probably DO NOT need to do. Sorry
