Your clothes will start to feel tight at around 12-14 weeks, and you will probably be showing at around 16-20 weeks.

Still, it's a good excuse to get a whole new wardrobe! ;)

is this your first pregnancy? With my first pregnancy, I didn't get my "bump" until I was about 6 months. I'm pregnant right now with #2....I'm 4 months and in need of maternity clothes because I'm getting big already. I am showing more to my friends and family than I am to strangers (who probably just look at me and think "She's fat"). Also depends on if you are overweight or not, and how you typically carry (which you won't know if this is your first). Give it time. Soon enough you'll be beating those hands off your pregnant belly. A bit of advise: if you are uncomfortable with all of the touching when you are further along, don't be afraid to say something. I think it's pretty rude for people to just come up and touch without asking first.

I'm sure you just think you look fat. And you probably will till the end of your pregnancy. I started to show around 3-4 months but I ate everything in sight. I gained 63 pounds when I was pregnant with my son. I've only lost 40 pounds of it. Which may seem like a lot but its not. Be patient. Your going to need it.

It all depends on the weight that you have on you now the more you weigh now the longer time for any bump to appear and if you are caring one baby or more but most likely the end of the fourth month is when people can see a bump.

Depends on your body. I'm a curvy girl and didn't look pregnant until almost 5 months. My clothes fit fine up until about 4 months. I wore maternity clothes when I started getting a bump so people would know I was pregnant and not fat. I had really cute maternity clothes that were stylish, young, and fun.

Totally depends on your metabolism.

Some people start showing at 3 months, others may barely show in the 9th when they are about to give birth.

Check when your mother showed, that'll give you some idea.
Just like, some women will have stretchmarks regardless of what they do, others, never.

Go get a book called " what to expect when you are expecting". It's the pregnancy bible and will help with all these questions. Your question as well as many others that you would not expect is in there. It's excellent in describing all of these little things that worry moms and help distinguish when something is "normal" or not.
Good Luck!

With my first I didn't really show until about 6 months, but my clothes were snug before that.
My second, by 8 weeks I was in maternity clothes!!
BUT... my 4th.. I was 20 weeks before I knew, and my tight pants still fit me...

So, you never know, every pregnancy, not just every body, is different!!!

I was ninety-four pounds when I got pregnant with my son. I didn't start to show until almost six months. I was still in a size three until then.

At seven months, though, I looked like a bouncy ball.

Relax. You're gonna show when you're gonna show, and there's nothing that you can do about it.
