According to Online Etymology Dictionary, "Insulting invitation kiss my *** is at least from 1705, but probably much older (cf. "The Miller's Tale"), from The Canterbury Tales.
It actually didn't start out as an insult, per se, but rather, according to the tales, a man named Absalom gets romantic with what he believes is a woman ...only to find out rather rudely, that she is not. He exacts his revenge with a hot blacksmithing tool.

see my theory is, the person really ment it then the person sahe said it to laughed cuz they thaught it was a joke and thats where the kiss my *** started..yes..

Like, a kiss *** is always after a person and adores, or is obssessed enough to kiss that person's ***(literally).. so when you say kiss my ***, it means yore too good for that person and that person need to sorry enough to go back there... idk
