THat looks like a working file that your windows system32 uses. Locate the file by doing a search for it. Go to START then SEARCH and look in your entire C drive and find that file. You will need to go to any folder, go to TOOLS, FOLDER OPTIONS, and then under VIEW tab, you need to enable your folders to display hidden files and folders.

Locate the file then delete it.

If problem persists, just contact me.

Yeah that is Adware. Try Spybot destroy which is a free download. You can find it by using Google. There are many more Spyware/Adware removers as well. By the way invest in a better virus protection. Mcafee is next to worthless.

Get rid of McAfee, buy Panda Platinum. It will blow anything out of your system. Stay away from AVG, the thing is so outdated that it never gives you any protection, it just allows virus's to sit on your hard drive. I used to have it, and it was just awful. You get what you pay for, you can never have too much security!

Get a spyware removal program and run it everytime you boot. using yahoo's sypware removal program found on the toolbar along with the one you put on your computer will also help alot. Scan your computer for viruses on a regular basis and use your disk clean up program on a regular basis as well. Gettting a firewall on your computer or at least turning it on will help too.
