I write in all capital letters. I don't really like my handwriting that much, its kind of all over the place. I took drafting in college which taught me how to write neatly for blueprints and it kind of stuck with me. Its neater. I am not trying to yell at all, or be annoying. Why would you let something so acenine bother you? Get a grip.

Some people just do not understand Internet ettiquette and do this for many different reasons, from liking to be annoying to standing out more.

Some tries to shout and the rest who works on accounting programs used to write in capital. Depending on the subject we should pick one or the other :)

Capital letters are more eye-catching. Maybe they have a really important question to ask or they really need to get a point across.

I think some people don't know how to turn of the caps! Maybe they need reading glasses and caps are big enough for them to see. It drives me crazy when people to that. Maybe that's why they type in caps! It's all a plot to drive me insane!

For some people, it is not shouting. some people have difficulty seeing lower case letters. So they type in CAPS. Is that OK with you?

I think it's laziness. For some people it's just to difficult to hit two keys at the same time.

I KNOW i dont mean to im usually at work and all my works done in caps so its just habit im usually not aware of it till i send my answer.and yes sometimes i like to be annoying.

maybe it is so when they go back to vote for their own answers they can find it better....
IT ALSO MAKES YOUR ANSWER STAND OUT MORE. So the questioner notices it thus increasing your chances of getting chosen.
