ISP's don't normally screen sites. probably it's a setting in your comp'r. maybe mom and dad have what's known as "character" and would like you to have the same thing. be aware also, that when you go to these seedy sites, you are just beggin for viruses, worms, and yes even TROJANS (but not the kind you are thinking). don't bother going there.

i dont think its your ISP try this
open your browser
click on tools
then internet options
then the security tab
click on trusted sites
then click the sites button
now type in the name of the web sites you want to go to and click on add
do that for all the ones you want to go to

Go on a translation service site (like babelfish) and ask to translate the sexy site. The translation service will show it to you.

How can they filter sites like that, if you pay for the internet you choose what you want to see, or don't want to see as the case maybe, try altering your setting in internet options.

are u the administrator? If u are, you can turn the filter off & allow mature content. If youre not the administrator, u can try accessing these sites thru links.

try to use a proxy and input in in your browser. u can go to google.com and type proxy as your search string. in case u are using Internet Explorer, go to tools> internet options> connections tab> LAN settings button> put a check mark on proxy server and input the proxy that u have.
