i think its a real shame and a waste. she was a beauitful women with a beaitful voice. now she looks old and thin. i think her being involed with bobby browm played a big part in her becoming a druggy. but you never know she might of gone dowm that road by herself. what i dont understand people are famous and have loads of money and living the high life and waste it doing drugs.

It sad isn't it but Bobby is not the only one to blame, hes a big part of it and they say love is blind and we make stupid mistakes because of love. However Whitney is her own woman with her own mind. It's just a sad situation and I feel for her and Bobby daughter.
The lifestyle, the career, the stress, the press on her back, pressure, the large amount of cash she has earned and the amount of sleepless nights all add up and a small town church choir singer has dealt with it the best way she could by taking the weak easy and temporary way out by blocking it out with drugs which is the worst way as addiction is a cruel sickness to fight

I think it really is quite tragic. One of those 'fallen angel' type of stories you hear. The usually talented and/or popular artist becomes victim to the limelight and thus gives in to drugs, alcohol, food, unhealthy sexual habits, plastic surgery, no food, depression etc.
I was reading yesterday that Whitney Houston herself has spoken to Beyonce in the past to warn her of the many dangers of being in the public eye and a popular media subject.
I can't bare to look at some of the pictures of her now - she looks a real mess. She used to have a beautiful voice and now apparently after hearing a rendition of 'The Star-Spangled Banner', everyone seems to have come to the conclusion that her voice is well and truly ruined and her career over.
Really saddening.
