Since you're not done growing yet, I wouldn't worry too much. Certainly being healthy is important, and good exercise to develop the muscles that give you a fine, erect posture. But mostly what you need is an attitude. My Steve was short for a man, and quite slight. But he was the smartest man I ever knew, and very strong for his weight. He worked out with weights vigorously for about two years at around your age (basically between high school and college), and developed into a strong, sleek, well-proportioned man who was very, very sexy. But he did not grow into something his genes had not programmed him for. Both his parents were short, and he never got tall. He didn't expect to. But he got strong, and smart, and brave, and honorable and wise. What else can you ask for?

You will be as tall as you are now. Girls stop growing in height by the time they're 18, an boys will keep on growing taller by their mid 20's. Actually, martial arts was probably help you grow as tall as you are now. And as you already know genetics also play a significant role, as well as good nutrition from when you were a baby on up to now. So you should feel blessed to be a little taller above the population average height.

You will continue to grow until you are 21, it's good for you to eat your greens, although I am not sure whether that will make you taller. If you don't grow please don't worry, my husband is 5ft7 and I am 5ft9, it really is so unimportant. Very often younger siblings are taller than older ones.
Please don't let this become a ruling issue in your life, you need to learn to love yourself the way you are. Best wishes.

There's nothing you can do. So many people have misconceptions in this area and the thing is, you can't do anything about your height unless you are severely malnourished or have pituitary issues. You will just have to come to terms with your height (which isn't too short at all) and have confidence.

Let it go. Be nice to your younger brother from now on.
Try an inversion table that hangs you upside down for periods at a time. This stretches your joints and ligaments in your legs and back.

Sorry. But at 18 years old the puberty ship has sailed and you're going to be the height you are.

Everyone is different, and your body is hardcoded as to its maximum height. Unfortunately there is no way to change this.
However, keep up with proper nutrition and you will be healthy for a long time to come!

Nothing you do will make you taller. You are probably as tall as you are going to be.
