2 weeks, then 3 after a few years. I work for a European company in the U.S., and I get 5 weeks next year.

No paid vacation for many minimum wage or low wage positions. You'll usually get one week paid vacation if you've worked for a company at least one year. After five years, you usually get two weeks. After ten years, you may get 3-4 weeks. Much depends on the particular business... that usually decides the expectations.

In the US it is one week after your first year of employment, 2 weeks (not taken consecutively) after your second year. Some companies do not offer more than that. Some will offer a third week after 5 years.
