Go to START, then Programs, then Accessories. Then go to System Tools and click on CHARACTER MAP. You will see a bunch of cool little digital pictures and stuff.

Just click on the one you want and then click the SELECT button. Then the COPY button. Then you can just paste it to wherever you want on your screen
