How can I try and stop being so self-conscious and scared of other people? I don't know why I am, I just feel so shy and insecure and I can;t seem to be myself anymore... Anyone that can help me, I say God bless!

Find ways to overcome it. stop being negative, stop being so insecure, be more decisive and confident aims...start reading some books, webpages to help myself harder with it because u really dont know how to overcome or save those things that are obstacles for your life...You wont be able to really start doing good in my life, unless you save them.
1. Make it a point to express what you feel or think at least once a day with friends or family even though you're shy, your shyness won't bite. Try to do the same with a complete stranger 1 a week.
2. When looking at mirrors make to compliment yourself out loud or in your head. Say things you would tell someone you love or deeply care about.
3. Understand that you can only be yourself. Know what you want and try to make up your mind quicker but stay very precautious. Its always best to be safe then sorry.
Self conciousness can be something that you have complete control over if you know how to take care of yourself and find courage in the truth. Once you take care of your shyness, you will be able to over come "being scared" of other people

life is to enjoy ....dont loo k behind ,just go for it ......try to act smart outside just an act it willwork and if ur shy and insecure ths not a prob it shows that ur good inside ... best of luck, try it and see it wil work

Have confidence in yourself and try not to care what other people think. Everything is all in your head, so just control what you think. You can do it because YOU are in control.
