I have been searching for a website that offers background checks but can't afford huge (over $50) fees. I need to do criminal ect checks on a person who could be a danger to my granddaughter. It is so hard to tell which sites are legitimat and who will just take your money and give inacurate information. I wish I could afford more. My granddaughter deserves it. Thank you.

Try publicrecordfinder.com. I haven't used them for background check but I've used them for other reasons and it worked out pretty well.

you can use www.scam.com it gives a lot of detail about website you are looking. you can see if the site is scam. and you can post your views too.
