In whatever mail you used, check the trash bend, but if it was a few weeks ago, more than likely they have cleared the trash can already! Sorry!! Call the friend, and see if they have it saved! Good Luck!

a million) The recycle bin would have the checklist. 2) do no longer deploy any software to undelete the checklist, by using fact there's a lifelike hazard that this might overwrite the checklist if it fairly is deleted. particular courses would nicely be used to attempt to undelete the deleted checklist without setting up them first. 3) reckoning on the default settings in the be conscious processing software which you're using, you may nicely be waiting to get well some version of the record using the be conscious processor software on my own.

try a couple things: in o.e., go to 'view' (on top)>go to folder>deleted items. it mite still be there. if not, go to 'snapfiles.com/freeware', look in 'file management' section and review some of the file recovery app's. download and try it. (deletion does not mean erasure, it mearly renames the file extension, so there's a chance you can get it back.)

Another suggestion, maybe an obvious one, is to contact your friend and have them look in their sent folder and resend the e-mail.

maybe, get a deleted file recovery program from download.com .
they have lots of free ones to use just look for the one that u need, remember, nothing is ever truely erased off the computer, that takes major effort to do! thats why they confiscate computers when arresting criminals that have them for that use.

I know on AOL after you delete it, you still have a chance to permanently delete it or it is still there. You could ask your friend to re -send it.
