First, you multiply the equation with a fraction, which has an identical numirator and denominator. This is like multiplying by one, thus has no side effect.
The fraction you use should have the denominator consisting of the 2 numbers of the denominator of the original equation, but with the secong number of an other sign.

so: √3 / ( √3 +2) = { √3 / ( √3 +2)} * {( √3 -2 ) / (√3 -2)}

= { ( √3) * ( √3 -2) } / { ( √3 +2) * ( √3 -2 ) }

= { 3 - 2√3 } / { 3 - 2√3 +2√3 -4 }
= { 3 - 2√3 } / -1 = 2√3 -3

Simplify:
(–32) –2/5 = - ( 32 + 2/5) = - (32 2/5) = -32.4

sqrt(3)/sqrt(3)+2 = 1 + 2 = 3

However, I supect what you meant to ask is what is sqrt(3)/[sqrt(3)+2]. If so then the answer is found this way
sqrt(3)/[sqrt(3)+2] = sqrt(3)/[sqrt(3)+2] * [sqrt(3)-2]/[sqrt(3)-2] =
[3 - 2*sqrt(3)]/(3 - 4) = [ 3 - 2*sqrt(3) ]/-1 = [2*sqrt(3) - 3]

Regarding the second problem:

(-32) - 2/5 = (5/5)*(-32) - 2/5 = -160/5 - 2/5 = -162/5 or -32 2/5

15/?5 Multiply this expression by using ?5/?5 which provides (15 x ?5)/(?5^2) yet ?5^2 = 5 so we acquire (15 x ?5)/5 which by using extracting undemanding factors interior the denominator and numerator we are able to simplify to 3 x ?5
