Yes it is normal. An unerected penis is 3 to 5 inches long on average. That size is long enough to pleasure a woman. Only the first third of a vagina's length has pleasure nerve sensory recepters. Further back there are no pleasure sensory nerves. Very long penises cause many problems for the majority of women. Especially when then organ jams up against the cervical wall (that is the opening to the uterus, womb).
Relax you are fine unless you plan to enseminate mare horses.

You're only 13 and, while the average is 6 inches, I wouldn't worry too much because you still have about seven years until you are fully mature. And if a girl is truly into you, she won't care how big it is.

that is a little below average for your age but hopefully youll grow. Don't worry about turning girls off as long as you think you have a bif penis you will have a big penis

You're 13 for crying out loud. Get over it. You're still growing. Besides, it not what you have but how you use it, that counts. So while you're still young, learn what girls (then women) want and you'll be ahead of other guys.

don't worry about it, i'm sure it'll grow and it's not the size that matters, its the way u use it and u shouldn't use it for a long time because u are only 13.
