I'm consider having boob job to increse my self-esteem and confident and I also think that my fiance would fancy me more if i have bigger boob although he has never complaint but i feel very low about myself and though this might be a good idea. honey i hate to tell you this, but if you have self-esteem issues a boob job isn't gonna help. i have a friend who was like over 300lbs and thought her life would be much better if she was thin...so she had gastric surgery and is now thin as a rail...and STILL has issues. want my advice? find out what's really buggin you and learn to love yourself. if you STILL want bigger boobs AFTER you deal with your issues - why the hell not?

I did not want my gf to get a boob job, but she did. She did not like how her clothes fit and thought that her boobs looked like a little girls. They had shrunk up after two kids and breast feeding.
I thought that they looked great, but were just little.
She went to the doc and he suggested 350cc which would take her to a middle C. She is 5 4 and 108 (after the surgery) - petite.
Her boobs look great. I am all about them. Had she wanted to go to a small D, they would have looked great too.
The size depends on your size. You do not want to be a porn star. Probably a small D.
You will feel like you were hit by a train for 2 weeks though. You will not be able to drive or do anything by yourself.
It will take about 3 months before all the major swelling goes down and you start to feel like they are yours.
She loves them.
You want smooth round implants, under the muscle, placed through the crease of your breast - do not go through nipple. May be the belly button or the armpit, but talk to the doc about this.
do research on the internet. And look up pictures of implants doing a search "350cc implants" and other variations.
I know a bunch of women who felt much better about themselves after this surgery.

A boob job will make you boobs look bigger and maybe better, but will not increase your self-esteem. Another thing to consider is that implants have to be replaced every 10 years as they tend to leak and deflate completely after 10 years.

I'm a B cup and am very satisfied with what I have. I know too many girls who have larger breasts who actually complain about them all the time. In my experience I have never had a guy complain about my size, rather they always tell me that they prefer my size compared to much larger. Remember your fiance is with you because he loves all of you. Changing who you are might make him not feel the same about you. Changing your breast size may not change your self-esteem either. There will always be something about you that you wished you could change.

You are going to do what you do regardless, but personally, I wouldn't. The reasons why I wouldn't outweigh the reason why I would. Love yourself. Get a new sexy outfit that flatters your figure, get a push up bra, do upper-chest exercises...don't get a boob job.

booob job isnt the answer for all of this boobs dont rise you esttem to do that you must look in amirror and say god made me this way and iam grateful because who loves you for who you are not what you are have faith in youre self .

no,it might look good now,but when you get old you are going to have them big things stand up in front of you,when you're old you can't even move because those big things are holdin you down. listen to the first answer.

I wouldn't get it done.b/c you will regret that you got done.In the long run.I haven't had one and nore do i want one.
