Ultimately, you can plead whatever you want. With all due respect, I'd be shocked and astounded, however, in a judge in their right mind blindly took your plea. Whatever you plea, realize, that you will have to prove that plea. If you're pleading insanity then you will need a doctor to back-up your claim of insanity. Good luck.

well if you dont want to go to court dont you think not commiting the crimes would have been smart? No, you cant plead insansity and use the pregnancy as an excuse, thats lame. If you are fat now just wait until you get further along. Maybe next time you wont do such stupid stuff especially since doing that stuff could have harmed you or the baby. Use your brains next time.

sometimes SOME judge will look at you being a little different yet then some they don't care! I had one judge feel for me because I had no license and got caught going to work to support my two kids! I was a single mother at the time. GOOD LUCK!

Take a break, sit in a quiet room and breathe deeply. Sounds like you need it.

Do what i did. Take the drivers defensive course online. That way no one sees you or judges you.
