Do you mean as in : "to throw a ruckus?" or "His ruckasack weighed heavily on his shoulder." The first one is another term for a fit or a tempertantrum, the second is another term for a duffelbag or loose cloth backpack

Do you mean ruckess as in "What's the ruckess about?"
If that's what you mean, it means "fuss" or "worry" something like that.
