Ethics topics are usually sticky and there is no real answer... try sticking to something you are passionate about... animals, the earth... recycling, government agencies, a local topic in your newspaper, etc.

Remember though, even though it is your argument and opinion, you are still required to give substantial evidence as to why your argument stands as reasonable.

Good Luck and give yourself lots of time to do this paper... this type takes on a life of its own with research and developing your thesis!

euthanasia or assisted suicide Government bill which passed that deals which the slaughter of horses so now there are already a lot of horses being turned out on ranges and just let go because the people can't support them and the market is gone. Many special abandoned horse care facilities are being set up to help with this influx of horses. It is a real mess. City pounds putting dogs and cats down if no one adopts them The laws about children and if you can't raise them you can drop the child off at a special place like a church or hospital. People have turned over kids from a few days old to 17 years old. Global warming...is it a natural cycle (very warm back when dinos were here) or is it a true problem? Current events are good to use too.

ie:(Israel and Lebanon, Exxon's $10.4 billion profits, Bush's veto on stem cell research)

The good thing about these topics is that there is a lot of CURRENT info floating around.

it would help if you gave us some more info...like about what may interest you.

i did an argumentative analysis on the death penalty vs. life imprisonment.

there is beacoup info out there to support either side.

choose something that you can sink your teeth into. find something that actually interests you and you will enjoy the assignment a lot more.
