open the file
go to FILE (top left of screen)
go to save as
there will be an arrow and next to it will say: Save Type as:
click on the arrow and choose the type you want.

get a converter online
there are plenty of freeware to choose frpm
type mp4 or 3gp converter at the search engine

You Can use nokia multimedia convertor for 3gp and any formal DIVX Encoder for MP4

Download iTunes from www.apple.com ...then drag and drop the wma file in iTunes player...then a message will come named as you need to change the wma format...click ok...then it will be formatted into mp4 format...
