You are correct. It is when a woman has multiple partners during one session. It is not unheard of, but it can be a symptom of sexual addiction, or mental illness, and participating in such an act often is taking unfair advantage of a vulnerable individual (read: RAPE) Doing so also can expose you to a multitude of sexually transmitted diseases. I really can't see an up side.
