I pay myself $40,000 per year for directing, but only collect up to 50% if the organization earnings don't exceed $100,000

I usuallly pay myself a fixed salary that is politically correct like "$50,000" a year, and then, I use the ear marked funds for "special projects" where I indirectly make the rest of my $85,000. That way, you don't need board approval.

Enough to get by. If you'd like to have extra money to save, then add that too. But seriously save it, don't just use this job as an excuse to get a lot of money.

Have everything under the companys name and your name...Then have to company pay the bills then you would be paid a small amount as if you were a vendor..
