Unfortunately, due to the lack of credibility of the primary accuser (due to the mother of the accuser being such a con artist) it was not proven and it is hard to know whether or not he really did any of the things that were purported to have happened.
One thing Michael Jackson for sure was guilty of was lack of common sense...after the settlement with the first accuser over a decade ago his attorney warned him to not ever even put himself in the position again where there might even be the appearance of impropriety.

What tha! No way! he is not innocent and it was totally wrong. He just tried to play that innocent card to get people to think he is.
