the last bite of the double fudge sundee, last sip of soft drink, last bite of tender steak, having to pee in the middle of a movie, last kiss from your daughter before she heads back to school, last 5 minutes before its time to get up and go to work, how time always slows down on friday's after lunch, when in a hurry you catch every red traffic light, two part conclusion to a movie/t.v.show you assumed would only be one part? or anyhting else along those line?

Aren't we all frustrated about the differences between the genders until we come to the point where we accept that the differences exist permanently and are not going to change and move to the point where we allow ourselves to be amused by them, enhanced by them, and entranced by them ?
SOMEONE has to have the last bite, the last kiss, the last bit of sleep.....hopefully she/he will not always insist that it be them. And THAT is where acceptance, understanding and love enter into the picture. If you always insist on getting the best of everything and the "last" of everything and expect to always be allowed to be late or avoid chores or whatever, then the relationship doesn't have a balanced love for one another - and it would seem that there isn't a clear dedication to giving to the other on the parts of both individuals.
I hope you and yours reach the point where both of you leave the last bit of ice cream for the other until it melts, the last sip of soda loses its fizz, you both kiss your daughter on her cheeks as she leaves for school and you trade off those last bits of sleep.

i comprehend how you sense! i'm getting pissed off too. i became basically on the mall and it appeared that everywhere I appeared I pronounced a pregnant lady or a mom and her infant! I get frustrated when I'm umpiring and the game seemingly won't end...fly balls get dropped, easy outs turn into errors, it stays two outs for like 30 minutes, then the team at bat manages to score enough runs so we no longer have a run rule, or we have to finish that half inning AND the next inning because the visiting team is ahead. For those of you who think umpires care about who wins...we don't. We just want the game to be over.
Oh yeah, and I get frustrated shae won't send me a message...

ya but then i realize that there is no point and it will make me just go crazy u know and there are so many things out there to worry about i just realized that its not worth it so i live day by day and try to worry or get frustrated over as little things as i can, its really helping me calm down, but i know exactly what u mean. there are so many things going on in ur head at one time its hard but learn to worry about the important ones not the soft drinks, fudge and stuff like that good luck

Yep, I am spoiled, too ..... just like you. Every time I think about something like that, I remind myself that there are no bombs exploding in my town, my children will go to bed with food in their stomachs, I have insect repellent, I have clean drinking water, my family has indoor plumbing, and we are not battling communicable diseases.
