I'd heard about a thing similar to the 7-year cycle, but what about the brain? Wouldn't memories etc be lost?

According to Grissom on CSI; human cells are replaced every 7 years.

If I remember correctly, the brain is a network of Neurons in a tissue organ, so the memories are not stored in a cell.

As I understand it, females are born with all the eggs they will ever have. Underdeveloped, mind you, but they're never replaced. Brain I'm not sure of... possibly.

When cells replicate, they do so essentially by spliting in two.

All your cells are divisions of dividsions of... (you get the idea) that original fertilised egg cell.

i understand that all cells have a finite life and, as they replicate the original cells die off. So the answer, I believe, is 0
