ignorant this world is? From lack of English grammar, to the rampant teen pregnancy, to the moms who have babies before they have even read a single parenting book? Or how about the women who call themselves "mothers" but they are answering questions on here all day!!? Or the girls who would rather rely on yahoo answers to determine if they are pregnant instead of buying a test? The list goes on and on. Thank you Yahoo answers for enlighting me on how ignorant the people of the world can be.

Oh yeah! If I was looking at a slice of today's society based on the perspective of this answer forum, I would think it's the end of civilization as we know it.

YES! THANK YOU! I just started goofing around on here yesterday and was wondering the same things myself. Is it really a good idea basing the future of your marriage on the advice given in a public forum website? Do these people know about search engines? It's highly entertaining though, especially when you ask something tongue-in-cheek or are trying to be funny and people don't see the humor.

I've often thought the same thing before. Then I realized, "Hey, I'm on here too!" Now I don't like myself much. It is depressing, though. Also, notice some of the answers that are chosen as "best answer". Many of these are so far off base I find myself praying that the asker doesn't take the advice.

Don't mind him (White American). He's just racist and one of those ignorant people that run rampant on here. I agree with you. It's quite depressing, reading some of these questions on here, and thinking to yourself "where is the common sense these days???" It's also kinda scary, how many people are seeking answers to important questions like that from total strangers and not from professionals who can give them the help they need.

At times I am reminded, when I come across hatred questions and such. But as far as the rest goes, it shows that we as people can form a group and help each other out! These people don't know you, so they are going to keep it real with you, no matter what!

Yeah, I hear you. It makes my skin crawl when I see all these questions posted about STD'S and pregnancy. Young kids think they're old enough to have sex, but have no idea how to take responsibility for their health and their future.

no it has reminded me of intolerant religious freaks and ignorant inhumane patriots and racists and alot of decent people out there with a sense of humor, as well as your generic hatemonger who loves to hate anyone ,has a superiority complex and gets hung up on spelling, as if there werent bigger things in their lives to get upset about

I agree with you girl! People on here are VERY ignorant... But i don' think that's going to change.
If they are ignorant on here... They are most likely ignorant elsewhere. We can run, but we can't hide from stupidity!
