And I will get a pregancy test if I'm late. My husband and I had sex much more than usual this month. My boobs are usually sore for 1 1/2 to 2 weeks before my period. I'm supposed to start tomorrow, my boobs are swollen more than normal and only since yesterday at all. I've had more headaches and worse acne than normal but I'm not cranky or sick and my nipples are not sensitive. Could it be? My husband and I have just recently decided NOT to try to have kids and let what happens happens. What'dya think?

Oh, dear...
There is only one way to know for sure, and that is to take a pregnancy test. If you do miss your period then it's quite likely, so buy a test and find out, if that's the case. If it turns out you are pregnant, talk to your doctor, who will refer you to someone to discuss your options, whether you want a termination, or go through with the pregnancy and adopt, or even if you want to keep the baby. It could happen! Eight months in you might both be getting used to the idea and be willing to accept an addition to your family unit. A friend of mind wasn't really bothered about having kids. She now has two boys, and she is delighted!
If it turns out you're not pregnant, you could see your doctor anyway to examine your options on long-term contraception, whether it's the pill, a coil, contraceptive injections, or whatever. The doctor can advise you about which form of contraception would be suitable for your lifestyle.
