New Orleans isn't fit to rebuild as a residential city. It sits below sea level now and is steadily sinking even more. Its primary income has been from tourists, who aren't going to come back. Many prior residents are unable or unwilling to return to the area, which is sure to devastated again. President Bush said what any president would have said, with the best of intentions, to people that have been through a bad time. By the way "scafool", the Halliburton name never came up relative to New Orleans until you mis-spelled it.

they should be on work visas or cards and paid a fair wage, and the work should be going to the locals first. If I was living there I would be totally pissed off at the government, and the contractors. I wonder how many of those reconstruction projects that are going to use imported labour are being given without bidding to Haliburton and KBR Construction(Cheney)

why on earth are we not able to make him go across seas and commit murder. i support our troops for they arer doing what they believe. i do not support our presadent. I am mad for I believe war is a Legal way to commit murder and we should take all the killers out of prison send them over to the war and allow them to have at er. i am sore for a close friend of my husband and some of his coworkers is there and she is only 22. Bush is screwing up loads of peoples lifes.
