Every one gives me a different answer. Of course the boys say that only the girls have cooties. Opinions??

I asked my husband and 2 teenage boys this question, and they told me that only girls have cooties. I asked my teenage niece, and she said boys stopped having cooties at about the age of 14. I remember putting a spot on my hand from ink for "cootie protection from boys," in grade school, so many years ago that I can't remember when I stopped doing that.
I love all of the answers that I am getting and I hope that this question brings a smile to you.

Scientific studies have shown that the cooties disappear after the age of 30; of course, that's when they start developing hemmorhoids and athlete's foot.

in my state, it is mandatory for all boys to have a Cooties vaccine at age 13.

COOTIES ARE A MYTH. Noboby ever has,had, or will have "cooties" Good question though.
