Through all this.. don't forget to drink water, no one's body works right if it's dehydrated!!!
Lots of walking...
Lots of sex...both in that the orgasm helps start the contractions, and the seman help to soften the cervix!! (jumpstarted my last labor!!)
Nipple stimulation
caster oil (like a teaspoon, not much!!)
ankle rub, I know this sounds odd... but there is a pressure point below and behind the ankle bone that is for the uterus, it helped me with my overdue baby!!!

Well first to the person who said don't listen to the "idiots" who say drink a glass of wine, express your opinion but don't call others names just because you don't agree with them.

My doc told me that drinking a glass of wine was just fine & I did so with my son. By the way I have 4 healthy children. I would go for a power walk & then sit down & drink one glass of wine. The power walk gets the body worked up & can start contractions then the wine helps the body relax which can naturally induce labor. Worked with my son, I did this routine the night before I had my son. Started having contractions at 6 am & my son was born at 12:21pm, just in time to be able to eat lunch.

I was late as well, so my Mom walked around the mall one day for a few hours. Went into labor the next day. Always check with your doctor first though!

Best of luck!

I went to the docs, she did an internal and that started the process. You really shouldn't do it on your own. However, walking does help, along with light jumping up and down, as well as drinking castrol oil, and nipple stimulation, but it takes a lot of stimulation, we're taling hours a day. Leave it up to the doc though.

do no longer, I repeat, do no longer use castor oil. each and every toddler e book and each doctor I even have had have reported to no longer use it. I see you're walking lots and having intercourse, which could help. one ingredient that i examine and tried exchange into nipple stimulation. Yeah, i be attentive to, it sounds extraordinary, yet stimulating the nipple releases oxytocin, it quite is the hormone that starts contractions. you may artwork at it for some hours, even with the undeniable fact that it looked as though it may velocity my delivery. even with the undeniable fact that, for the main section this is wait and notice. extraordinarily with a customary toddler. probability is you will circulate extraordinarily on the edge of your due date no count what you do.

My baby was 5 days late!

I walked the mall and did Yoga for pregnancy, and nipple stimulation (lots of it).

Don't listen to the idiots that say drink a glass of wine or eat sushi. Bad for baby!

There are really no ways when your baby wants to come out she will believe me I know I was in labor with my son for 3 days but walking might help also try relaxing and not thinking about it when god and your baby are ready it will happen oh yeah congratulations

My friends told me to get an exercise ball, and bounce on it for awhile. I bounced on it for an entire day. It worked, my son dropped, but the cord got wrapped around his neck, as it went down before he did. I wouldn't try that one again.

Sex is a good thing - if you've got a breast man, tell him to go gung ho. Nipple stimulation, along with orgasm, can trigger contractions.

Otherwise, I complained to my doctor enough that he stripped my membranes, which caused my water to break the next morning.

I have never used castor oil. Yuck! No thanks!
