This hot weather we're having, i take a moderately warm shower NOT hot, dry off then sweat like mad why

Because it's hot! No matter how cool you may have been in the shower, your body is trying to keep the heat of the air *outside* of the shower from overheating it.

The instant you step into the hot air, and your skin warms up, your body starts sweating. Your internal body temperature doesn't have to increase significantly for it to happen.

because you come out of a cold shower into the hot again get a fan to cool down and a clean towel to dry the sweat off

the body just isn't cooling down, you need a cooler shower.
