If you really don't like it and you have sincerely told her so and asked her to stop, she does not respect your feelings. For whatever reason she thinks it's even funnier now that she knows you don't like it, but you have to impress upon her that it makes you resentful of her when she does it. It's important for her to know that her attempts at humor have consequences for the relationship.

I dated a guy who thought it was hilarious to give wedgies. We're talking about a 40-year-old. I told him I didn't like it, it hurt because I wear thongs, but he kept doing it and it is one of the chief reasons we broke up--he wanted to act like a 7th grader more than he respected my feelings and personal space.

I had a woman call me that once. Highest compliment I've received. It means your are gentle, caring bear. How many men would welcome that from their wives? Relax and enjoy it.

If you don't like it and you told her to stop, and she doesn't, then she does not respect you or your feelings. Try talking to her again.
