It would be easy to make things perfect:
1. Eliminate self centeredness
2. Incorporate love of God above all things in every ones hearts.
3. Incorporate love of neighbour as I love myself.
Really great question.... it had me thinking for a while.

Re-distribute wealth to ensure that those without anything at least have there basic needs met. Money is the root of all the evil in this world.....it is the raeson we go to war and ignore the plight of others because there is money in helping the poor.
