Has anyone lost their sex drive after having a baby? mine's 2 now, and it's still not back. i feel almost like my purpose for having sex has been completed and don't see the point in it. (except of course for pleasure, but i just don't feel like it, i'd rather drink or party, etc)

I lost mine for awhile. Mostly it was hormones, and then I lost it again later because I was unable to connect with my husband mentally and emotionally. Originally my doctor thought it was my birth control pills...they decrease the libido. Once that was ruled out, she started asking me about stress at work, conditions at home...that is when she suggested that my husband and I start counseling.

If you are not married, maybe having a baby changed the way you view the world, and you are just not going to settle for any body. You want someone - THE ONE - which is only right.

See your doctor to rule out any medical conditions, high blood pressure, liver problems, thyroid problems, etc.

Sometimes the subconscious fear of conceiving another child before we are ready makes us back off from sex. I did the same thing. My husband would have had sex every night if he could. Now that I'm past childbearing I enjoy it as much, if not more than I did before kids. (unfortunately our kids still live and home and are night owls so it's hard to find the right opportunities).

I have had 3 babies. Mine comes and goes, but most of the time it goes. I know it has to do with hormones. After a while it will come back but it might never be the same as it was before the baby. You can talk to your obgyn and he or she might be able to help.

Stress can interfere with your hormones. Big time. The key is to relax. There are many stimulants you can try, ginseng, etc. Ask your Physician as well, there are some new prescriptions on the market just for women now.
