Pari-menopuase can begin as early as 30, and is characterized by hormone fluxuations, irregular or missed periods, hot flashes, mood swings, appetite loss, hair loss, and weight gain. It might not be pari-menopause or even menopause that you are experienceing. It would be stress, or diet related. Contact your doctor to discuss your symptoms and the best way to treat them.
