Sony has some pretty unique small laptops, The new UX Micro is small and pretty interesting way of collapsing. It's about 1.2 pounds.
Sony's Ultra-Portable (TX) line is also pretty neat with Wireless (WIFI), Bluetooth and WWAN. A number of executives i used to work for bought up 'em like hotcakes because they travelled a lot. The XBRITE screen is also pretty easy on the eyes. It's about 2.5 pounds.

The next best is probably the Dell line. I like the X1 a lot. It's only 2.5 pounds as well.
