Slight pain, slightly swollen, no redness, no visible cracks that I know about, no bumps, slight fever, headaches accompany the fever. I'm 20 years of age and sexually active. Had problems with a hormone imbalance of menstruation since 12 years old. My breasts are small... cup size 30a

It's probably nothing, but you should get it checked out anyhow. It there's blood in it, get to a doctor ASAP. Most likely, it's just a cyst, which happens to a lot of women, and it's almost always harmless. The doctor will likely have you get a mamogram, which will be extremely uncomfortable given your breast size and age, but definitely do it if she suggests it, it will put your mind at ease.

See an Endocrinologist. Could be a pituitary problem.
