No, but the flooding has been really bad on occasion...

We have had the wind, rain, flooding and tornadoes, but not the hurricane itself. I have heard from meterologists that if another Katrina hit closer to Texas, San Antonio flooding would be much worse, but as a hurricane, it pretty much loses strength.

absolutely not! hurricanes hit on the coastal areas and as they move inland they lose strength. there is no way on earth for a hurricane to reach san antonio.
