The geeks do better in life than the popular kids. In my high school, guys were popular because they were football players, were attractive, good dancers, could beat the living sh*t out of anyone who looked cross ways at them or owned nice cars. In college where all the smart girls went guys were evaluated by how much money they would probably make. The geeks went to college while the popular kids worked at the Chevy plant or the steel mills until they got laid off or lost their pensions when the steel mills went bankrupt as General Motors probably will do. The popular kids married the girls too stupid for college. They're either divorced paying child support or married to a fat, bitchy wife

The geeks moved out of town because they were sick of getting harrassed and went on to college in order to earn a real job. The popular kids loved their popularity so much they stuck around only to still be working the same dead end jobs that won't let them retire until they are 72!! Which will most like be the age to retire for those who are twenty something right now. Or go to your local gas station, that Assistant Manager who works their was probably the Prom Queen.

the geeks followed their dreams and got LOADED
the popular kids at school got good okay jobs, and sometimes rose to the level of the geeks but in the end they have heavier consciences then the geeks.
the geeks win in the end, so that why i stay in the happy medium.

All depends on the person. After high school its a whole new ball game. Some get motivated and do well, some go nowhere.
Some I went to school with ended up being successful and around the same area.
A few "straigh-A" book worms ended up no better than others and some simply went nowhere.
Some goof-balls ended up doing fairly well for themselves.

Jocks end up in the middle class struggling.
But they have fun when there young.
Geeks end up with the hot chicks, and fast cars when they are older, but dont enjoy there child hood and teen years.

About 2/3 of both groups are total failures. The rest are doing very well in life; great jobs, great educations, etc.
