It must be a rumor. Being the icon he is, it would be on CNN and it is not.

I was just on his website & NOTHING was reported there. The site's owned by Sony Music. I also searched E! online & NOTHING there either. I just saw the 11am news, it's now 11:45am here in California. NOTHING was said about him being dead. Something like that would have been said. Where did you hear the info? A friend of a friend of a friend of a friend? Check your source next time.
