Previous answers are correct; leave it be unless you can't get a plug in or out, then you have a problem. When replacing plugs us a small dab of anti-seize compound on the plug threads, in order to prevent the plug from being difficult to remove. also start all plugs by hand to avoid cross threading.

Heli-Coils are permanent. Don't mess with it!

Your helicoil is in for life. Don't even try to remove it.
