Not a girl but, when I am playing rugby at the start of off season practice to get ready for season..I am a little "thicker" than normal.

My sweaty thighs rub and they chaffe. It looks like a rash and burns. I suspect this is what is happening to you. Since it is constantly on the same area around the same time..always.

Rubbing skin + Moisture= raw skin / chaffing

Try using a different pad and or add some body "powder" (like for baby butts) to absorb moisture or just switch to tampons all together.

You might be allergic to the pads you are using and with the moisture always there it will irrate your skin.Have you tried tampons? If not you might want to give it a try.If not make sure the pads you are getting are sented free that could cause problems and infections when i used to use pads i had infentions cause the moisture is always right up againt you.If you are using cotton underwear try using something a little thinner like lace so the skin can breath a little more. And for the in between the legs if its your virgina try using a baby diaper rash cream it does help put it on everytime you go to the washroom. But ya try to use a lighter kind of underwear and try another pad brand you might be allergic to what you are using. hope this advice will help you.1 more quick thing dont want to sound gross and rude but if you do have a lot of hair down there that holds the moisture in also i remember i had to explain this to my younger cousin few months ago and i told her you dont have to shave just trim a bit and it will help she did and it helped. So remember I am not trying to be disgusting here just giving you options.

I've never had that problem. Why do you have wet stained panties? Maybe you should use tampons instead of pads.

That has never happened to me? Try using an overnight pad if your panties are getting wet. Talk to a doc. maybe it's something esle.

Wish you well

I've found that if I go somewhere like the dollar store and get some pads they will irritate my skin even if their that name brand ones like Always and stayfree an all the others also. They still irritate me down there.

You should use tampons. If you don't feel comfortable with them, try using heavier pads or changing your pad more often.

I would suggest you start using tampons.
