I listen to Psy-trance man. There's somethin for everyone in that. If u like peaceful melodies u can find melodies there. If u want someone to kik u in ur chest, the kik n bass from the track would do that. If u wanna get lost in ur dream world u can do that. It has everythin. It can do anythin - It can calm u, It can push u, It can energize u.... it can even make u to go to the xtremes. All that matters is ur perception of the sounds. It brings out the real u.

To calm my spirit and my soul, I absolutely love to hear piano solo music. My favorites are Yanni and Jim Brickman.
The melodies are light and the rhythms are soothing.

It depends what I need. If my soul needs feeding, I need classic motown soul. If I want to be calm, but energized, I listen to trance.
If I'm smoking out and want sweet foot stompin', its country rock.
