My mother...she is THE "energy vampire" as my father calls her. She'll make you even sadder while attending a funeral, make a sunny day go cloudy, and a clown's smiling facepaint melt into a frown. She is the "Debbie Downer" of every occasion.

Sunday - my b/f was talking about our relationship & the future & a whole lot of "what-ifs" & I just don't have the strength to deal with any of that & I didn't really need or want to hear what he was saying. The more he talked, the flatter I felt. By the time we were interrupted, I was so depressed & felt as if all the life had been sucked clean out of me. I reckon that's what you're talking about, isn't it?

Just last nite.My room-mate was driving into another universe.It's hard not to let my essence escape.But I try to concentrate,the best I can during these episodes.How about you?Oh,by the way you are the greatest and may your Higher Power re-boot your energy levels!!

I met this guy one time who was a band leader and he kept staring me down.
