Bleach use a spray bottle

Conventional wisdom says bleach with water, but I would not use bleach especially if your tile grout is not white. The bleach will dye your grout white whatever color it was originally.
I recommend you go to a local Home Depot and buy their product specifically to remove mildew from tile grout. I used it and it is fantastic. Also, after you clean your tile grout, make a habit of wiping down your shower tile after every use. You use plain water for this, it takes about two minutes to do and prevents tile mildew from accumulating again.
Good luck

I used to live in San Diego CA and the water there was awful. It used to turn my grout in the shower brown. I found the best way to clean the mildew with a mixture of bleach and water in a spray bottle and for tougher stains try a toilet bowl cleaner called The Works (its hydrochloric acid) in a spray bottle. With both of these please do not mix with anything else and ventilate the room well.

you can do what the others have suggested OR, if you're like me and can't stand the smells of all that chemical crap. if you have a cordless drill you can buy a wire brush attachment from lowes or home depot to clean them out. they come either in stiff plastic bristles or a metal variety.the metal one works really great but you must be careful otherwise you'll actually strip the grout out with it. kind of viscious looking too I might add. get the plastic one and simply "brush" the grout to remove the mildew.

I really like an inexpensive remover and protectorant by DampRid. It kills the mold and mildew spores and then leaves a protective coating that resists future growth. It has no toxic fumes like bleach or other cleaners. You can get it at Lowes for $1.99 in their cleaning products aisle.

Buy some mildew remover, spray it on (don't stay in the room) let it dry and repeat until it's gone.
