Stop wearing it. Seriously, there are new studies that show that bras might cause breast cancer, due to the heat. Breasts need to stay cooler, so try going braless with maybe just a camisole under your clothes, or a blazer on top of your clothes. Victorias secret sells these things called "breast petals" which are flesh colored, and prevent your nipples from being pointy, or showing through a white top.

Also, if that all seems like too much, try using a lingerie bag when you do your laundry. It will help to keep the bras and underwear intact better, and keep them from becoming deformed.

Also, your bra might be too small. Try moving up a size. I bet your middle back hurts too, along your bra line. (surprise surprise) Many women wear bras that are too tight, and this can cause major back trouble.

Get "fitted" by a professional. Bras should not be uncomfortable. Three out of four women are wearing the wrong bra size.

If it's pinching on the sides, it probably doesn't fit properly, you should get measured (most good department stores will do this)...strangely enough, lots of women wear bras that are not their exact size

Go to Victoria's Secret. The workers there will measure you and tell you what cup and bra size you should be wearing. The cost for it is free too, unless you are purchasing bras then you have to pay for those.

Get a bigger bra. Pretending you are a size 32 doesn't mean you are.

You'd better buy the right one. Or loosen the straps to make it fit better. Or maybe the bra has become old and has to be discarded.
