If by compare you mean to create a metaphor so as to help explain the structure and function, then I would recommend comparing it to a city or a country. You could describe the parts of the animal cell to their counterparts in a city/country.

For example, the nucleus could be like downtown or the capital city, because it's like the central hub of the city. The DNA could be like the library or city hall, that stores all the information. The Mitochondrial would be like the power plants, producing energy for the city. Lysosomes are like the garbage men, cleaning up the cell. The metaphor could go on further, but I think you get the point.

any cells you want to different types to you can compare and contrast the difference between say animal cells and plant cells

Plant cells, bacterial cells, different types of animals cells. Jail cells. cell phones. terrorist cells. storm cells. fuel cell. the possibilities are endless!
