Just dealing with the restraining orders and the ever-watchfulness is a new concept to me. What a psycho!

Right on, girl!! I dealt with that junk from my now ex and just getting the courage to do it and stand by it is the first and most difficult step.

Don't forget you are worthy of RESPECT & LOVE and NO ONE should tell you or treat you differently. You are not alone... try to lean on friends and/or a support group to get you through the first few months. After that, clarity starts to set in.

Best wishes to you!

Well you are already off to a positive start! Believe me, it is worth the time consuming hassle of the paperwork with the restraining order & whatever else it involves! If you are beat up and in the hospital you would most definately not have minded the work involved! What if it got worse than that! You do whatever it takes to protect yourself & start a fresh start-you deserve it!

Good Job and Good Luck!!! I am glad you got rid of him just don't take him back I think that's the hardest part of all. No matter how much he says he's sorry and that he will change DON"T BELEIVE HIM! Cause more than likely he won't. I have took my man back alot of times cause I believed all his bull*hit and things never changed. And if you ever get lonely think about all the sh*t he put you through. Then you won't feel lonely anymore!! But good luck I hope you can get through it. But hopefully he didn't ruin it for all guys cause they all aren't like that.

Good decision! Now you need to work on yourself and find out why you are attracting this type of person to you. You have to BE the right person to attract the right person.
Take some time to discover what it is you truly want to do with your life and follow that course. You deserve better!

You Go Girl!! I'm Proud of You.. been there myself..But you can make it..He is just trying to hold fear over your head..Be careful though.. Be strong and don't listen to...oh I'm so sorry..i deserve another chance..you owe me that.. I'll change.. No he won't..you don't owe him anything.. Go on with your life..you deserve a man that treats you with respect and shows you love.. They out there somewhere trust me..may take a while to find--but worth the wait..
