I've heard GM mike flanagan wants to trade him...but the owner peter angelos is too stupid to realize how much the o's would get in return...he's one of those rich owners that has no idea about baseball except for superstar names........it makes me sick. The O's could land either 2 star prospect hitters and a prospect pitcher or 2 star prospect pitchers and prospect at the very least. I mean think about it the O's want young pitching. I love Adam Loewen and he'll be great. they have a daneil cabrera---who will figure things out sooner rather than later...they have my favorite in their system---hayden penn, and bedard is a solid 4 or 5 guy long term. of they traded tejeda to the twins doesn't the owner realize that they could land any of the twins amazing pitching pospect---perkins, swarzak, garza, injured rainville, baker, bonser? Are they retarded. the O's could trade brian roberts tejada, rodrigo lopez, kris benson, maybe russ ortiz, melvin mora, and they could clean up. chime in all

also I'm so disappointed in the o's organization...for a blunder they made....they never played jose leon at third consistently a few years back....I thionk he would have been amazing if they had given him a legit chance. They got him in a trade with the cards back in the early 21 century, and he was the key to the deal, and they never used him propoerly they just let him rot in the minors....why did they do this?

to those twom people who mentioned the angels and cards...those are also great fits. think about it from the cards the o's could land adam wainwright, chris duncan, chris lambert, tyler greene, maybe adam ottavino, they'd never part with reyes, brendan ryan...the angels, kendrick, aybar, wood, mathis ( def what the o's want- a young catcher),

Dealing Tejada for prospects would be a great idea right now.

His stock is high still, but he obviously doesn't want to play for them any more. If they can get a couple of good kids from the Angels, they'll be in good shape in a year or two.

not user-friendly call right here. Tejada's skill numbers have dropped appreciably. he's hit 27 hr's entire in his final 2 seasons mixed so do not assume lots. optimistically he will play stable protection and hit for an honest undemanding. if so, it quite is an honest circulate by using the Orioles for 6 million 300 and sixty 5 days.

Tejada is too old now, he's not good anymore, however the orioles have a chance at the wild card, cuz the Yankees will probably end up winning the division and the Red Sox are basically hopeless.

They're retarded for a whole bunch of reasons besides Tejada.

Not neccessarily! You see, in order to make a trade, there has to be a taker. The O's are stuck with him until they can find a retarded club who'll trade for him!
