Click on Tools at the top of your tool bar
Select "Internet Options"
Under the section "Temporary Internet Files
Select "Delete Cookies"
You will get a pop up stating to delete all cookies in temporary inter files folder? Select "OK"
Then Select "Delete Files"
Check the box that pops up "Delete All Offline content"
Clear your history.
Close your browser and open a new session.
This should work
